Gretel & Hansel


"Hansel and Gretel" is a notable German fantasy recorded by the Brothers Grimm and distributed in 1812. Hansel and Gretel are a youthful sibling and sister abducted by a barbarian witch living in a backwoods in a house developed of gingerbread, cake, sweets, treats, and numerous different treats. 

The two youngsters escape with their lives by outmaneuvering her. The story has been adjusted to different media, most remarkably the drama Hänsel und Gretel (1893) by Engelbert Humperdinck. "Hansel and Gretel" is arranged under Class 327а of the Aarne–Thompson grouping framework. A comparable fantasy from Hungary is called Cerceruska.
